Marc’s new 45,000 s/f store and two 3,942 s/f outlot buildings at the corner of Detroit and Canterbury Roads. The paving is complete and the last of the many dozens of trees have been planted as work on the new Canterbury Commons in Westlake comes to a close.
Inside, Marc’s team has been very busy setting up fixtures, installing equipment, and stocking the rows of shelves and coolers in preparation of their December 3rd opening. The store’s opening will mark a full year of development work on the project that started with the razing of multiple older buildings and the removal of dozens of old boats and RVs which had been stored on a major portion of the property for decades.
Thousands of cubic yards of engineered fill were brought in to level the site to make it usable for the new Marc’s and two 3,942 s/f outlot buildings. For more information on available space in these buildings, contact Patrick Sirpilla at DeVille.
