It’s not very often when a customer asks you to make a freestanding restaurant building smaller to fit their needs and it’s even less frequent when a developer agrees to reduce the amount of gross leasable square footage in a building, but when the customer is one of America’s most successful operators, you’ll do things you don’t ordinarily do.

So, DeVille Developments razed about 4,000 s/f of the existing former Rustic Barrel restaurant and turned the ground into parking spaces for a new First Watch restaurant.
